U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering tailored financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue. You will balance acquisition, deepening, and service while maintaining CRM discipline and strong relationship ownership.

You will engage branches and centers of influence, translate financial data into guidance, and collaborate across lines to meet growth targets and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• NMLS registration and compliance with SAFE Act reg requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M revenue
