Qualificações

• BA or BS required and 7+ years of experience in small business banking or related field.
• Strong prospecting, networking and cross-selling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops new small business relationships and services current small business loan and deposit relationships.
• Contacts customers to determine loan, deposit, insurance and investment needs.
• Sells small business products and services that meet identified needs.
• Cross-sells with Branch Manager and other partners to grow relationships.
• Maintains a calling program, conducts prospect blitzes and cold calls.
• Promotes the Bank's image through community involvement and referrals.
• Submits activity and sales reports in prescribed methods.
