Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in small business banking or related sales roles.
• Experience in developing new small business loan and deposit relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develops new small business relationships and services current small business loan and deposit relationships by prospecting new customers.
• Sells small business products and services that meet identified needs and cross-sells with branch staff.
• Maintains a proactive calling program and makes cold calls to promote the Bank's products and services.
