FNB Corporation in Greensboro, NC seeks a Business Development Officer 2 to develop new small business loan and deposit relationships and service existing ones. You will network, prospect, and cross-sell with branch partners to meet the bank’s objectives.

The role requires 7+ years in frontline small business sales with deposits, strong communication, and teamwork abilities, plus community involvement and leadership among peers.

Formación

• BA or BS is required.
• 7+ years of experience as a calling officer with small business loans and deposits.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in banking external sales and knowledge of lending policies.
• Active involvement in community and civic activities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops new small business loan and deposit relationships.
• Prospects and networks to generate referrals.
• Cross-sells bank products with Branch Manager.
• Maintains prospective customer calling program and makes cold calls.
• Resolves customer issues to improve relationships.
• Reports on calling activity and sales metrics.
• Mentors other Business Development Officers and Branch Managers.
