Qualifications

• BA or BS required.

• Experience in commercial or business banking preferred.
• Knowledge of lending laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business relationships and services existing ones.
• Call on prospective customers and promote bank products and services.
• Network with CPAs and attorneys to obtain referrals.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Retail and Trust teams to grow business.
• Increase community visibility through events and boards.
• Prepare reports on business development activities for management.
• Advise and coach junior bankers on development approaches.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
