Regions Financial Corporation seeks a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker in Jonesboro, AR to meet with customers and prospects, proactively offering products and services to help achieve their financial goals. The role focuses on small business clients with revenues up to $5MM, building relationships through loans, deposits, and merchant services.

The ideal candidate has retail or sales experience, strong communication, and a teams-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years banking, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and electronically.
• Proficient with computer use and monitoring a screen.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions for small business clients.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers up to $5MM in revenue.
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Promotes Regions’ digital banking tools and mobile solutions.
• Delivers a consistent customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to an internal team.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
