Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker in Houston, TX. You will meet with customers to assess financial needs and offer appropriate Regions products and guidance for small businesses up to $5MM in revenue.

Ideal candidates have retail or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to grow relationships while supporting branch operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, in person and electronic channels.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Ability to work Saturdays and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for small business clients.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers up to $5MM in revenue.
• Educates customers on Regions consumer and business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Guides customers on digital banking and technology to enhance their banking experience.
• Ensures a high-quality customer experience and refers complex needs to specialists when needed.
• Mentors junior bankers and supports branch team development.
• Adheres to all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
