Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ solutions for small business customers.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serves as a primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to $5MM.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit types.
• Supports digital banking adoption among customers and ensures a positive service experience.
