Seminole Hard Rock Support Services seeks an Operations Development Manager to oversee pre-opening activity for hotel and casino projects, acting as the brand implementer to ensure a Hard Rock caliber, AAA Four Diamond ready operation at opening. You will liaise between Corporate Support Center and owners/operators, guiding all opening phases across construction, sales, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a hospitality supervisor or management position, preferably with an international brand
• Experience in property openings, preferably both new built and conversion
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to travel extensively (at least 80%) and work with diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel/casino openings and set success metrics
• Manage budgets and drive programs to maximize ROI
• Coordinate across departments to ensure branding and brand standards are met during pre-opening and launch
• Lead meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders and Corporate Support Center
• Support sales, marketing, operations, and guest experiences to deliver a premium brand opening
