Qualifications

• 6 years experience in IT support.
• Expert-level IT field support and leadership skills for complex service request fulfillment and systems administration across multiple OS.
• Advanced proficiency in mobile device support and desk-side tasks.
• Ability to provide IT support for TSA airport staff, regional management, and TSA executives.
• Leadership in evaluating service performance, managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution and system optimization.
• Knowledge Base article refinement for process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strategic thinking for tech assignments and leadership.
