Qualifications

• 6 years experience in IT support.
• Expert-level IT field support and leadership skills across multiple OS.
• Advanced proficiency in mobile device support and desk-side tasks.
• Ability to support TSA airport staff, regional management, and TSA executives.
• Leadership in evaluating service performance, documenting tickets, and system optimization.
• Experience refining Knowledge Base articles for process improvement.
