Qualifications

• 6 years experience in IT support.
• Expert-level IT field support and leadership across multiple OS.
• Advanced proficiency in mobile device support and desk-side tasks.
• Support for TSA airport staff, regional management and executives.
• Leadership in evaluating service performance and ticket management.
• KB article refinement for process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strategic thinking.
