Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Texas is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute highly complex projects. You will lead the field team, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery across multiple sites, aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will develop work plans, manage schedules with the project manager, monitor costs, and drive QA/QC. Expect regular participation in OAC meetings, communication with owners and design teams, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience and 8+ years field supervision.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel/relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex or multiple projects and manage safety culture.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and overall schedule with PM.
• Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and progress reporting.
• Attend OAC meetings; communicate with owners and design teams.
• Ensure QA/QC, Lean practices, and adherence to quality standards.
