JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent to plan, manage and execute on complex projects in Denver, CO. You will oversee materials, equipment, and people while aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy and values to drive timely, profitable project completion.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, subcontractor coordination, schedule creation, budget monitoring, and ongoing client and team communication. A strong background in construction management and Lean practices is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and maintains an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and coordinates workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Keeps project schedule and budget using PM systems.
• Coordinates meetings and project closeouts.
