NVIDIA in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks a Site Reliability Operations Technical Lead to own site reliability and service delivery. You will guide Tier 3 escalation for AD, Exchange, and compute infrastructure, and drive root cause fixes with global teams.

Lead site engineers, set standards, and mentor the team while pushing for automation using PowerShell, Python, and Bash. Equity and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• 8+ years in enterprise support engineering or infrastructure.
• 5+ years in senior/lead/escalation role in multi-site environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and hybrid Entra ID, Exchange hybrid, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and datacenter hardware.
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, Jamf, or equivalent endpoint management.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day site operations and ensure SLA attainment, queue health, and service quality.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation owner for identity, messaging, compute, and endpoints across the site.
• Lead site SRO engineers, build runbooks, and mentor staff.
• Drive root cause analysis and partnerships with global platform teams and vendors.
• Represent site IT in regional/global IT initiatives and architecture forums.
