NVIDIA is seeking a Site Reliability Operations Technical Lead for our Seattle, WA site. You will own local reliability, lead escalations across AD/Entra ID, Exchange Hybrid, Windows/Linux, and datacenter hardware, and drive root-cause fixes with global teams.

You’ll mentor engineers, shape runbooks, and collaborate with IT leadership on incidents, changes, and platform initiatives, including automation and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in enterprise support engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in senior/lead/escalation role across multi-site environments.
• Deep hands-on across AD, Entra ID, Exchange Hybrid, Windows/Linux servers.
• Experience with endpoint management (Intune/Autopilot/MECM).
• Knowledge of DNS/DHCP/VLAN, networking fundamentals.
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash; ITSM with ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and executive communication.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day site operations including incidents, requests, and SLA targets.
• Escalation owner for identity, messaging, compute, and endpoint topics.
• Lead endpoint compliance, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Drive issues to global platform teams with evidence and robust fixes.
• Mentor site SRO engineers and maintain runbooks and standards.
• Partner with site leadership and departments on incidents and changes.
• Build automation with PowerShell, Python, or Bash for diagnostics.
• Represent site in regional/global IT initiatives and decisions.
