Qualifications

• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD.
• Strong incident leadership and communication.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and safe usage.
• Understanding of responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and improve reliability for large-scale services through software and systems engineering.
• Design automation to reduce manual work and improve recovery time.
• Lead incident response, triage, and post-incident reviews with measurable fixes.
• Collaborate with development teams to enable stable releases and safe deployments.
• Implement self-healing patterns and capacity management to boost availability.
• Develop end-to-end observability and alerting standards to reduce noise.
• Use data-driven analysis to anticipate and prevent outages.
• Participate in on-call rotations and balance engineering with operational duties.
• Leverage enterprise AI coding assist tools to improve quality, speed, and productivity, with peer review.
