Job summary

JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community Banking is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer III to join an agile team. You will design, implement, and operate trusted, scalable tech products across domains, focusing on security, stability, and reliability to support business objectives.

You will guide peers, build deployment approaches, and champion SRE best practices while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Proficient in site reliability culture and applying it to apps or platforms.
• Proficient in Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .Net.
• Experience with observability and SLO alerting using monitoring tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes) and Docker.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting common networking technologies.
