You will champion data-driven improvements, define and track SLOs with stakeholders, and serve as a technical lead for medium to large products, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution.

Qualificações

• Formal training or certification in site reliability engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise architecture.
• Fluent in at least one programming language (Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .Net).
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to improve SRE workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to evaluate AI recommendations for correctness and risk with proper guardrails.

Responsabilidades

• Champions site reliability culture and documents knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Leads initiatives to improve reliability using data-driven analytics and identifies bottlenecks.
• Defines service level indicators and collaborates to set SLOs and error budgets.
• Utilizes AI capabilities to accelerate incident triage and post-incident analysis with security controls.
• Acts as main contact during major incidents and mentors engineers in best practices.
• Promotes reuse-first AI-assisted reliability workflows across CI/CD, testing, and operations.
