Responsibilities

Guide and mentor team on SRE best practices.
Collaborate to deploy reliable systems via CI/CD.
Use AI capabilities to accelerate incident triage and analysis.
Monitor signals and coordinate rapid response to issues.
Improve observability with dashboards and alerts to reduce MTTR.
Lead on-call support and post-incident reviews.
Drive root-cause fixes and automation to reduce toil.
