• Experience with observability, monitoring, and SLOs.

• Guides teams in SRE design and adoption of best practices.
• Collaborates to design, test, and deploy reliable systems via CI/CD pipelines.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate incident triage with validation.
