Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on site reliability engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to improve SRE workflows with strong validation habits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Management team supporting Sales Execution platforms across Rates, Credit, FX, SPG, and Repo, setting direction and priorities.
• Own stability, availability, resiliency, and end-to-end operational performance of business-critical Sales platforms.
• Act as a senior escalation point during incidents, driving rapid triage and recovery actions.
• Build understanding of Sales Execution workflows to anticipate risks and improve support.
• Partner with Sales, Trading, Product, Application Development, Operations, and Infrastructure to improve platform stability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Front Office Sales stakeholders during incidents and initiatives.
• Drive service maturity through governance, reviews, and standardization.
• Lead reliability improvements with observability, automation, and operational analytics.
• Run incident, problem, and change management with RCA and remediation.
