Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. within Corporate Technology is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to guide reliability practices, mentor engineers, and drive resiliency design reviews for critical applications.

You will own incident response, set SLOs and error budgets with stakeholders, and leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate triage and post-incident analysis while ensuring security and data sensitivity.

Qualifications

Formal SRE concepts and practical experience required.
Proven ability to design for reliability and reduce toil.
Fluency in Python, Java/Spring Boot or .Net, with strong debugging skills.
Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to improve SRE workflows.
Ability to evaluate AI-driven recommendations for risk and guardrails.
Strong observability, telemetry, and incident analysis experience.
Proficient with CI/CD practices and container orchestration.
Networking troubleshooting experience across common tech stacks.
Broad knowledge of software architecture and security considerations.
Self-driven learner with depth in at least one technical discipline.
