You will lead a team, advise on technical and business issues, and champion reliability culture across platforms and services. You will drive service-level objectives, incident response, and mentorship, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to improve triage, resolution, and operational readiness while ensuring security and resiliency.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in SRE concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with enterprise AI-enabled SRE workflows and strong validation habits.
• Ability to evaluate AI-driven recommendations for correctness and risk.

Responsibilities

• Champions SRE culture and practices; documents and shares knowledge internally.
• Leads initiatives to improve reliability and stability of applications and platforms using data-driven analytics.
• Drives collaboration to define service levels, SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets with customers.
• Utilizes enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate major-incident triage, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis.
• Acts as main incident contact and helps resolve issues quickly to avoid financial loss.
• Provides technical expertise and mentorship to other engineers.
• Leads reuse of AI-assisted reliability workflows across SDLC and toolchains.
