Job summary

You will guide incident response, RCA remediation, and SRE practices across CI/CD, cloud tooling, and security-focused reliability initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure services.

Qualifications

• Formal SRE training or certification and 10+ years applied experience.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to improve SRE workflows with data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to evaluate AI-assisted recommendations for correctness and risk.
• Leadership across Production Support, Production Management, SRE, and Technology Operations.
• Strong systems thinking to resolve cross-domain production issues.
• Major incident leadership with RCA remediation.
• Partnership with Development, Product, Sales and stakeholders to improve reliability.
• Observability and service management expertise with listed tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Management team, setting direction and priorities.
• Own stability, availability, and end-to-end performance of key platforms.
• Act as senior escalation point during incidents, driving rapid triage and recovery.
• Drive standardization and governance for new capabilities and services.
• Lead reliability improvements with observability, automation, and analytics.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes with readiness and testing.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities for incident triage and post-incident analysis.
• Promote reuse of AI-assisted reliability workflows across the SDLC.
