Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to guide the Production Management team for Sales Execution platforms (Rates, Credit, FX, SPG, Repo). You will own stability and end-to-end performance, lead major incidents, and mentor engineers across multiple domains.

You will apply AI-assisted reliability workflows, drive observability improvements, and partner with Sales, Trading, Product, and Ops to ensure high availability and rapid recovery from incidents.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on site reliability engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to improve SRE workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to evaluate AI-assisted recommendations, define guardrails, and ensure resiliency and security.
• Leadership across Production Support/Management, SRE, and Technology Operations, delivering stable services.
• Experience supporting Front Office Sales users and Sales Execution platforms in high-availability environments.
• Knowledge of Rates, Credit, FX, Repo, and/or SPG workflows and trade lifecycle processes.
• Strong observability and service management expertise with excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Management team supporting Sales Execution platforms across Rates, Credit, FX, SPG, and Repo.
• Own stability, availability, resiliency, and end-to-end performance of business-critical sales platforms.
• Serve as senior escalation point during incidents; drive rapid triage and coordinated recovery.
• Understand Sales Execution workflows to anticipate risks and improve support effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Product, and Ops to improve reliability and user experience.
• Advise Front Office Sales stakeholders with concise, business-focused incident communications.
• Drive service maturity via governance, reviews, and standardization.
• Lead reliability improvements with systems thinking, observability, and automation adoption.
• Manage major incidents, RCA, remediation, and change readiness with testing and monitoring.
• Apply AI capabilities to accelerate triage and post-incident analysis while ensuring security.
