Job summary

Jobgether partners with a skincare brand seeking a Senior Manager, Site Optimization in the United States. Lead strategy, execution and analysis of experiments to boost conversion, revenue and the DTC shopping experience across homepage, PDPs, cart and checkout.

You will collaborate with ecommerce, creative, marketing, technology, product development and regulatory teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences, balancing commercial goals with brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ecommerce, CRO, or related field with testing ownership.
• Experience optimizing DTC ecommerce in beauty/skincare is a plus.
• Hands-on with A/B and multivariate testing; strong statistical understanding.
• Experience with Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty and CMS platforms.
• GA4 analytics and BI visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remote collaboration across NA/Europe; Eastern Time alignment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap to improve conversions and revenue.
• Plan and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments across desktop and mobile.
• Improve homepage, product pages, and checkout to reduce friction.
• Ensure QA and launch management for experiments and site changes.
• Build performance reports with key metrics and share with leadership.
• Document hypotheses, outcomes, and lessons in a centralized knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver launches.
• Balance conversion with brand, promotions, and compliance.
• Manage multiple optimization initiatives and maintain momentum.
