Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Emerging Brands to own CRO across a portfolio of DTC brands. You will build and optimize landing pages, leveraging AI-powered workflows to accelerate ideation, design, copywriting, and implementation.

You will work with marketing, growth, design, and engineering teams to turn customer insights into actionable improvements, develop a testing roadmap, and establish scalable CRO processes for sustainable multi-brand growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in conversion rate optimization or ecommerce at a DTC company.
• Experience with low-traffic brands or multi-brand DTC.
• Proficiency with Claude Code, Claude Design, or comparable AI-assisted workflows for landing pages.
• Extensive experience with Shopify and/or other ecommerce platforms.
• Experience managing a broad ecosystem of third-party ecommerce apps.
• Familiarity with post-purchase and lifecycle tools and collaborating with growth teams.
• Strong analytics skills with GA4, Heap, or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with experimentation platforms such as Intelligems, FigPii, Amplitude, Kameleoon, Statsig.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and proactive priority setting.
• Structured, process-oriented approach to briefing and QA.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a CRO program tailored to lower-traffic brands and tests.
• Create landing pages from brief to launch using AI-assisted workflows.
• Monitor daily performance and identify conversion opportunities with growth teams.
• Analyze user behavior to identify friction and test hypotheses.
• Develop a testing roadmap for each brand in partnership with marketing leads.
• Establish scalable CRO processes across landing page production and QA.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to keep projects moving.
