Zusammenfassung

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks an Ecommerce Senior Specialist to own the DTC storefront, optimize the site experience, and drive revenue through promotions, subscriptions, and CRO. You will collaborate with the Consumer Engagement team, cross-functional partners, and external agencies to ensure brand standards and aggressive growth targets.

You will manage product merchandising, launches, and social proof integration while ensuring compliance and regulatory approvals.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Aufgaben

Own the day-to-day management and optimization of the DTC storefront.
Lead site experience improvements, merchandising, and revenue growth.
Oversee on-site promotions, discount logic, and landing page creation.
Manage subscription/auto-replenish UX and reduce churn.
Lead CRO programs with agency and tech teams; drive A/B/MVT testing.
Collaborate with Consumer Engagement, Compliance, and cross-functional partners.
