Job summary

KnowFully Learning Group seeks an Ecommerce Optimization Manager to own commercial web performance across its brand portfolio. The role drives conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and checkout completion through data-informed optimization and experimentation.

You will partner with Brand Growth, Product, Content, Rev Ops & BI, Technology, Operations and Paid Media to optimize merchandising, pricing, and on-site experiences while maintaining brand integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ecommerce, conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, or digital product optimization.
• Demonstrated improvement of conversion and revenue on a transactional website.
• Hands-on experience designing, quality-assuring, and analyzing controlled experiments end to end.
• Strong command of GA4 and ecommerce funnel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial web performance across assigned brand websites including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, AOV, and checkout completion.
• Analyze performance by brand, product, audience, device, traffic source and customer segment.
• Design, launch, and evaluate controlled experiments with hypotheses and success metrics.
• Coordinate with Brand Growth, Product, Content, Rev Ops & BI, Technology and Paid Media to align optimization efforts.
