Opensity Solutions is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to oversee operations across four locations, leading a team of up to 20 employees including one manager and three supervisors. You will drive service excellence, guest experiences, and a strong culture of teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities include leading office services, facilities, and hospitality, serving as the primary liaison with the client, and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency and service

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in office services, performance management, hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Proven success as a customer service manager delivering high-quality guest service.
• Ability to inspire teams across reception, facility, and hospitality to perform independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team providing office services, receptionist, facilities, and hospitality.
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences and a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Serve as liaison between Opensity Solutions, client administration, and site staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and drive operational improvements.
• Prepare monthly management reports with data insights.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate site personnel.
