Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks a Client Relations Manager to oversee client relationships, operations leadership, and business development across client sites. The role drives client satisfaction, retention, and financial oversight in a high-growth environment.

This working manager position covers catering, events, facilities, security, and operations, with a start time between 6:30am and 7:30am and responsibility for up to 25 staff across one or more sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in office services, hospitality, workplace operations, facilities management, or related leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and supervising teams in corporate or hospitality settings.
• Strong hospitality mindset and commitment to exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client relationships and daily operational needs.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team across client sites; monitor performance and opportunities.
• Oversee meeting/space management, catering, events, and facilities operations.
• Develop processes to improve service delivery and maintain documentation.
• Partner with internal teams on employee engagement and retention initiatives.
