Qualifications include a high school diploma with 6 years of IT support experience, expert field support and leadership skills, and ability to support TSA personnel. A US citizenship clearance for DHS/TSA is required.

Qualifications

• 6 years experience in IT support.
• Expert-level IT field support and leadership in complex service request fulfillment.
• Proficiency in mobile device support and desk-side deployment strategies.
• Ability to provide IT support for TSA airport staff, regional management staff and TSA executives.
• Leadership in evaluating service performance, managing and documenting tickets, and driving improvements.
• Experience in creating and updating Knowledge Base (KB) articles for continuous process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strategic thinking for technology assignments and leadership.
