Job summary

GovCIO is hiring for a Senior Site Support Engineer to be stationed onsite in Albuquerque, NM. You will lead site-level IT support, manage escalated tickets, and ensure ongoing system uptime and reliability.

You will mentor junior engineers, implement IT best practices, and coordinate across multi-OS environments to support TSA staff and regional leadership. US citizenship and DHS/TSA clearance are required.

Qualifications

6 years IT support experience.
Expert-level field support and leadership for service requests and systems administration across multiple operating systems.
Advanced proficiency in mobile device support, desk-side tasks, and deployment strategies.
Ability to provide IT support for TSA airport staff, regional management staff, TSA executives.
Leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service delivery.
Knowledge Base (KB) article development for continuous process improvement.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking for technology assignments, advanced troubleshooting, and leadership across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
