Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager (Sponsor Dedicated / Remote - US Based) to develop and negotiate budgets and clinical trial agreements for Pharma & Vaccine studies across US sites.

The role collaborates with internal teams and academic partners to drive efficient contract execution while minimizing risk. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of budget/contract experience, strong negotiation and project management skills, and familiarity with oncology programs

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities and lead projects under tight timelines.
• Understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones.

Responsabilités

• Develop US site budgets and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders; finalize CTAs.
• Perform due diligence checks (FMV, site justification) when offers are declined.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas; emphasize oncology where possible.
• Maintain trackers and databases; communicate updates clearly across teams.
