You will collaborate with internal teams and major academic institutions to craft robust contracts, balancing business needs with protections. The role emphasizes oncology expertise, cross-functional leadership, and risk management, with opportunities to drive efficiencies and process

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead direct negotiations and draft/finalize CTAs.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, especially oncology.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Build relationships; support process improvements and train teammates.
