Job summary
Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager (Sponsor-Dedicated / Remote – US Based) to develop, negotiate, and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements for high-impact Pharma & Vaccine studies. You will collaborate with internal teams and major academic institutions to craft robust contracts that support operational excellence while minimizing risk.
The role emphasizes procurement acumen, problem solving, and leadership across multiple therapeutic areas, with oncology
Qualifications
- 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
- Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
- Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
Responsibilities
- Budgeting: build US site budgets and study-specific language for trials.
- Contract negotiation: lead negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
- Project leadership: manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas.
- Tools & compliance: use Excel and CTMS, maintain trackers and databases.
