Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager (Sponsor‑Dedicated / Remote – US Based) to lead budgets, negotiate CTAs, and manage US site contracts for Pharma & Vaccine trials. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and major academic institutions to deliver compliant, high-quality agreements.

Ideal candidates will have oncology experience, strong project management skills, and a track record of delivering timely contracts under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific language for Pharma & Vaccine trials; refine templates for consistency and compliance.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions; draft and finalize CTAs with protections.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, especially oncology; escalate risks.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain up-to-date trackers and effective communication.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Maintain knowledge of GCP and sponsor processes; support process improvements.
