You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and major academic centers to ensure robust contracts and compliant execution. The role emphasizes strategy, risk management, and timely delivery, with a remote-US base and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Strong project management skills and comfort leading crossfunctional efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop US site budgets and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV, site justification) when offers are declined.
• Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, especially oncology.
