Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor‑dedicated program, remotely based in the US. You will develop, negotiate, and manage budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with academic institutions and internal teams to balance business needs with risk control.

The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and cross‑functional coordination across oncology or related therapeutic areas, with a focus on driving timelines and contract execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: Build US site budgets and study-specific language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Contract negotiation: Lead negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders; draft/finalize CTAs.
• Project leadership: Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas; escalate risks.
• Tools & communication: Proficient in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and communicate clearly.
• Compliance & improvement: Maintain knowledge of GCP/SOPs and drive process improvements.
