Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: Build US site budgets and study-specific language for trials.
• Contract negotiation: Lead negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders.
• Risk management: Conduct due diligence and assess FMV and site justification.
• Project delivery: Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, especially oncology.
• Tools & communication: Use Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and communicate updates.
