Syneos Health in the US is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to develop, negotiate and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements for sponsor-dedicated studies. This role emphasizes strong partnerships with academic institutions, cross-functional teams and risk-aware contract execution.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years building budgets from templates, direct negotiation experience with large universities, and oncology exposure; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities and lead projects under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines and siterelated milestones (e.g., SIV).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: build US site budget templates and study-specific language for trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business needs and protections.
• Conduct due diligence (FMV assessments, site justification reviews) when offers are declined.
• Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas; oncology preferred.
• Improve processes; escalate risks and timelines to protect CTA execution.
