Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager (Sponsor Dedicated / Remote - US Based) to manage budgets and CTAs for Pharma & Vaccine trials across multiple sites and institutions. This role requires negotiating with large academic partners, developing templates, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver compliant contracts.

The position emphasizes oncology programs, strong communication, and a proactive risk-management approach in a remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Oncology therapeutic area experience.
• Experience with pharma, CRO, or investigative sites.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Budget US site budgets and study-specific language for Pharma & Vaccine trials; ensure consistency and compliance.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders while balancing objectives and protections.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements; perform due diligence checks when offers are declined.
• Lead multiple contracting projects across therapies (oncology preferred); identify risks and timelines impacting CTA execution.
• Utilize Excel and CTMS; maintain timely updates in trackers and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
