Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor‑dedicated, remote role based in the US. You will develop and negotiate US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, coordinating with internal teams and major academic partners to minimize risk while supporting operational excellence.

You’ll lead multiple contracting projects across oncology and other therapeutic areas, leveraging Excel and CTMS skills to maintain timely updates and drive timely CTA execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities and lead projects under tight timelines.
• Solid understanding of clinical study protocols and site milestones (SIV).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: build US site budgets and study-specific language.
• Contract negotiation: lead negotiations with academic institutions and finalize CTAs.
• Risk management: conduct due diligence and escalation as needed.
• Project delivery: lead multiple contracting projects across therapies, esp. oncology.
• Tools & communication: excel proficiency and timely updates in trackers.
