Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development for US site budgets and trial language.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management with academic institutions.
• Project Leadership & Delivery across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Compliance with GCP, SOPs, and sponsor processes.
• Mentor and train team members; drive process improvements.
