Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones (e.g., SIV).

Responsibilities

• Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV assessments; site justification) when offers are declined.
• Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and communicate updates.
