Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to oversee sponsor-dedicated trials from a remote US base. You’ll develop, negotiate and manage US site budgets and CTSAs, partnering with academic centers to minimize risk and ensure study delivery.

Strong negotiation, project leadership, and knowledge of GCP and sponsor processes are essential. Oncology experience strongly preferred, with cross-functional collaboration across teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones (e.g., SIV).

Responsibilities

• Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
• Proactively escalate risks, timelines, or delays affecting CTA execution.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, especially oncology.
