Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor‑dedicated program. This remote US role develops, negotiates, and manages US site budgets and clinical trial agreements across multiple therapeutic areas, with oncology experience preferred.

You will partner with internal teams and major academic centers to craft robust contracts, lead negotiations, manage timelines, and deliver risk‑aware solutions while ensuring compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study‑specific budget language.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions; draft and finalize CTAs.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; keep trackers updated.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Maintain knowledge of GCP, SOPs, and drive process improvements.
