Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Strong negotiation experience with large academic institutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop US site budgets and study-specific language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business and protections.
• Coordinate multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas.
