Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop US site budgets and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business needs with protections.
• Escalate risks and manage timelines to ensure CTA execution.
• Train and mentor team members; contribute to process improvements.
